Import contact data – Customer-specific extension of the import functions. This extension is intended to enable easy import of data from other applications into the contract management. Once set up, data should be able to be read in largely automatically by means of xlsx files.
The idea
All information for the import is set in a file. The assignment of the import data to the necessary field information plus some plausibility checks ensures the correct import. Field information not required for contract management is added as free text fields.
